Kottawa -Siddamulla Ongoing Project

Project Overview

This ongoing residential project in Kottawa, Siddamulla showcases a contemporary approach to modern home design, combining clean architectural lines, spacious openings, textured finishes, and a sophisticated monochrome colour palette. Designed with both functionality and modern aesthetics in mind, the house features generous glass windows, elegant balcony spaces, natural stone-textured walls, and a dedicated vehicle parking area. The design also integrates beautifully with the surrounding greenery, creating a calm and comfortable residential environment. At Thash Design & Construction (Pvt) Ltd, we focus on transforming carefully planned designs into quality-built homes, with attention to detail from the initial concept through to the final finish.
